CNN: Correcting & deleting earlier tweet and correcting story: Ahmed Mohamed was arrested but not accused of making a bomb

It appears that the problem is spreading across the world.

I am not a practicing Catholic. At all. But I was raised Catholic (like really, really, really Catholic) and I still can’t help but be ashamed by this stuff. Like it’s associated with me.

If being pro life were about endorsing quality of child life and not just preserving fetal life we wouldn’t be giving woman death sentences.

Yeah, I have a friend with stage 4 bowel cancer who lives in the same area as this woman. Pretty much his only non-Catholic hospital option that takes his insurance is about a 2 hour drive away. So he drives 4 hours round trip for chemo Every. Week. Along with an additional trip for his mother who is also going

The problem isn’t the doctor, but the hospital. It may be the only one in the area, or the only one where the doctor has privileges. A lot of people don’t think to choose their doctor based on whether they practice at a catholic hospital. And that’s assuming that there is even a choice. A lot of insurance companies

This is why it is so dangerous to have so many Catholic hospitals. In some areas, all of the hospitals are Catholic. I don’t want this kind of faux pro-life fuckery in my medical care, either around birth or end-of-life issues.

*Sigh* So much for that Hippocratic Oath.

Gorgeous dress. Keep it simple accessory wise, big solid bracelet, copper if you can. the tortoise clutch is stunning.

When I managed a Borders we were also responsible for this small calendar kiosk on the other side of the shopping center. I was there covering someone’s lunch break and this crazed woman came over demanding why we had no bichon frise calendars. The dog calendar people were always the weirdest.

Interesting that it never occurred to them that maybe God put them in that restaurant with the worker so they could help by calling 911.

I identify as a Christian but agree with you. After all, Jesus was out there helping people and getting his hands dirty, not just asking his dad to do stuff.

Ohhhhh. There’s a dog off screen....

That bear is me this morning trying to put on my clothes. I tried to put on pants, ran into the corner of my bedframe. Tried to put on shoes? Fell off chair.

She’s not playing for her country; she’s playing for herself. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. Good for her for being hugely successful and making loads of money. It’s just fun to see the underdog come out on top sometimes, no matter where they’re from. It’s not like we’re cheering because she suffered some

You know damn well this isn’t about not being ‘supportive’ of Serena. Someone congratulated an underdog for achieving something amazing; you wrote “Fuck You.” Being happy for Vinci and supporting Serena aren’t mutually exclusive.

Yeah, I think Pennetta has the edge along with a better record at the Open. Hopefully it’ll be a good match. I’m a little mad at Halep for getting so soundly run over. Is she injured? I want to like her more but she’s so dicey when she gets to the finish line.

Ahh you’re touching a sore spot there. I’m Romanian, and desperately wanted Halep to win. But she folded like rope. It was terrible to see. Pennetta was great, but after Vinci’s win, I want Vinci to go all the way!

Lots of people are upset about this and I get that we are all pulling for Serena, but I’m happy for Vinci all the same. Holy crap! She knocked out the No.1 player in her sport! And at No.43 no one expected she was capable of that most likely.
