The SNORT! The baby's snort! SO CUTE!

I miss my Basenji! He was so much fun. His favorite game was tug of war when I was folding the laundry. And he was very very good at knowing what benefited him most.

First reports on Friday night, no mention of the severity of injuries. Just that she'd been airlifted to Kosair and were looking for someone to identify her. There may have been later reports that said more about her injuries/status, but the next I saw was that she'd been ID'd. Yesterday there was a short report that

They had trouble spelling cryptofascist - it kept coming out cryofascist.

Kevin Bacon's son needs to name a daughter Sausagea Nevaeh. That is probably the only combination that makes the name Nevaeh tolerable.

My brown tabby and I heartily approve! Right now she is curled up on my arms, purring and kneading away. She's getting extra freeze dried chicken breast treats at bedtime.

I loved the Monkees in the 60s, and I still love them today. IMO the music is still as fresh and charming as the day it was released. RIP Davy, sing on!

In a store like WalMart or Target either take the kid directly to customer service or use one of the phones that are located in some of the aisles. I would imagine that the little post-mounted computers would get an employee to your location instead of wandering around looking for the seemingly non-existent employees.

Xanthan provides the structure that gluten in wheat breads provided.

But you didn't mention ANYTHING about mama, or trains, or trucks!

Those people need to watch the Oskar the Blind Kitten videos. (Sorry, I don't know if there are any blind puppy videos off-hand.) And you're right, people who are blind, or have one eye, do just fine. Regardless of whether they are born that way or become that way they adjust. Just like your dog has.

I agree, but think that dog is really trained well and very responsive to his training. I also love that Budweiser is donating to the shelter he was rescued from (Like their Facebook page to help).

Congrats Erin! Just saw this article quoted/referenced on Alternet.org!
