Tell you this right now this game will not come to PS3 or Vita. Hardware is just not capable, that was stated from the start. There are only 3 candidates for running it, PC, XB1, and PS4. Only one of those is Sony. Trying to run this on PS3 would hurt what they are trying to achieve and the Vita certainly can't run it.

I play on PS3 because that's the console for JRPGs and fighting games. I play on PC because that's the platform for strategy and MMOs and similar genres. I couldn't care less…
