pushups are one of those exercises that is very bodyweight/composition dependent. I’m 6'4", 225, and in pretty good shape, but not as muchh upper body strength (as I’d like).
This is the long way of saying - i did the 100 pushup challenge but couldn’t get past 30 in a row.
I did 75-80 in college, but that was 25+ years…
