I thought Kotaku didn’t delete articles? You should have left both of those nearly identical articles up forever so we can all chuckle about the lack of coordination there.

I don’t really understand this one. They’re upset that they bunted to break up a no-hitter. But they failed to defend the batter from hitting the ball with his bat and getting on base. Does a no-hitter feel good if you know the opponent didn’t actually try to get a hit?
I couldn’t name 6 people on the LPGA tour either. I don’t think I can come up with 6 people on the PGA tour. I’m not big on golf, doesn’t seem like that big a deal.
The team is the Raptors, not the Velociraptors. I know what it was meant to be, but you could pretty easily pivot away from dinosaurs entirely and change the logo to some bird of prey instead without having to change the name.
All I want to do is play with my friends, Nintendo. I want to see everything the people in my (not really) universal friends list have made.
The content of a blog comment is secondary. The medium IS the message.
I know what cards are remaining in my deck, and whether or not some draw exists where I might get back into the game. If I don’t see that, all I’m doing is drawing the game out longer on the hope that you make some kind of colossal mistake.
Batman has been missing for awhile. And no one knows who Batman is. And now Batwoman appears with all the same gear to fight crime.
I would assume no, they can’t run out of fire. They seem pretty explicit that the dragons are magical, the existence of dragons is tied to the power of magic in the world. The glass candles began burning again when Dany’s dragon were born. The whole idea that dragons declined as magic declined in the world, and that…

What does it mean to get a digital copy of things now? It used to mean that you got something you could only download once from iTunes, then it started to mean you got something on Ultraviolet. But now that UV is dead what do you get?

This year was different. The Leafs figured out how to avoid blowing the lead in Game 7
Stone is tearing it up in Vegas. Duchene (and his travel buddy Dzingel) are somehow destroying Tampa Bay. Being traded by Ottawa really does a wonder for players.
The worst thing isn’t having to launch one of 6+ launchers to play the game I want, the worst part is that I can’t keep everything updated automatically without having to have them all open all the time.
Yeah, you have to watch that one or they’ll get upset.
Looks like he updated the text. Can’t fix the URL though.
This is marked as an Opinion piece. It’s not an editorial, so doesn’t that mean that it’s not necessarily reflective of the views of the New York Times? And so it’s not really fair to say that the New York Times is calling for anything? It’s just you calling for it, and they’re letting people read your call.
I was going to go with Pawn, to suggest that he was nearly worthless and very replaceable. But I remembered that we already use the word pawn internally to indicate that about every player on every team.
Instead of putting two different sources in, can I put my PC in twice and it will be interpreted as two monitors? I’d like that more than having one extremely big desktop most of the time, since applications and window management outside of games seem more designed for that.
I haven’t listened to the entire thing, but Shore of Dreams in Another World (or however you want to translate 夢の岸辺に アナザー・ワールド) is possibly my favourite song in a game.
