So, weirdly, this movie isn’t a sequel to the second season. This movie is a sequel to the three recap movies that were released. On the surface they seem like the standard anime movies that recap the series but they change timelines and events. For example, a major character survives the whole thing this time instead…

Sting Chameleon’s level is also changed if you play it after completing Launch Octopus’ stage. Parts of it get flooded, and it’s the only way to get the Heart Container. But the most common boss orders almost never have Chameleon before Octopus so this doesn’t get noticed much.

I like this version better, if we’re talking about English covers. I think it does a better job of dodging that problem a lot of English covers fall into, where the flow is weird because they try to cram too many English syllables into lines. I’m not sure if the translation is better or worse.

I’m not sure how many animals I could name, but I’m confident it would fall below the number of Pokemon I can name. I’m pretty comfortable with that.

The reason this season is delayed to 2019 is because they’re actually shooting two entire seasons, one which is fake and not intended to air. Like Who Shot Mr. Burns, except $50 million more expensive.

That big Deadpool statue on the truck is still around as well. I saw it driving around Osaka last week with Deadpool 2 branding.

I’m kind of surprised at how often its always wanting to let you play as Zelda instead of just letting you play Link as a woman.

Why does the promotional art feature characters so heavily clipping through their costumes? Even if that happens in the game you’d think they’d hide it a little in promo material?

I think we call these “kinetic novels”. At least, that’s the term I’ve seen used on Steam releases.
