This guy's story reminds me of a Ray Bradbury (I think) short about a malevolent wind tracking down a man from whatever place in the world that the wind gathers and conspires. I think it ends up literally ripping the man and his house apart.

I imagine that web content designers care. They care very much because this info is you abstracted as a set of consumer habits and it is very, very valuable to advertisers and producers.

My easy-peasy run of XCOM 2 is going much better and way more enjoyable. Managed to reach and then pass my harder run in about one play session. I'm pretty sure the RNG is being manipulated by the difficulty setting, but I don't care 'cause I'm getting some sweet critical shots out of it.

Ah that was my building plan initially. I think the issue was that I had used my contacts in one continent and so expanding across the map was delayed by requiring a Power Relay + Comm Station. Thanks helpful crab monster!

I still haven't completed Pikmin 3 because of that obsessive little asshole.

I need to taste the overall defeat of the aliens winning before I reset. It is to be my punishment for save scumming so much.

My first game of XCOM 2: Fuck You! has not been going well. The doom counter is four squares from full, I'm unable to communicate with a new region to tackle the uncovered bases and I'm noticing that the enemy strength is outpacing my own quickly. I'll probably keep it afloat so I can see the bad ending then restart

I think much of the "good" TMZ might've accomplished is also tainted by their obsession and promotion of lurid stories. TMZ, and by some extension their viewers, probably didn't give much of a shit about Janay Palmer (or Nicole Brown Simpson, had they existed at the time) and who they were or what lead them to these

Oh yeah, he's 100% an asshole and it really isn't surprising that the TMZ offices are so toxic. I just saw some of the conflict coming from the importance of some (admittedly, very few) of their stories and the general pablum and body shaming they engage in that I'm guessing drives most of their viewership.

The article doesn't really shy away from pointing out that, as unsavory
as they are, TMZ has broken past the shroud of celebrity to show events
as they happened and not after publicists and lawyers can sanitize them or cover them up. Their release of video with Ray Rice striking Janay Palmer and police reports of Mel

I always figured it was like a lumbar support belt that movers or weightlifters wear. Goes along with all the goat fighting and throwing he was doing.

Ah man, I'm gonna miss this show so much! Though it will be great to see what cool stuff Hirsch comes up with in the future. And I hope Nina and Theo use their psychic twin powers for good and not evil and don't end up hating having to share a birthday.

So thanks to the generous re-jiggering by the developers regarding AI summon placements, I was able to make it past my previous roadblock in Dark Souls 2: SotFS. I finally got to say "fuck you" to the twin Dragonriders and move one. Turns out I've only covered about half the content soooo I took a break and grabbed XCO

I'm excited about the DLC, but I've heard it is better to hold off until you get to the end game, which is guess is now the mid-to-late game, before tackling them.

So last weekend I re-rolled a knight in Dark Souls 2: SotFS after playing a DEX and INT character in the original Dark Souls 2 (and never finishing). And I have to say that a STR-build is basically the game's easy mode. I blasted through the bosses up to Iron Keep in one day with a ton of help on bosses 'cause I don't

I am a red-blooded American with guns and hardened-arteries and that you would associate me with ANYTHING French-Canadian is offensive to an extreme degree.
Historians will look back upon your comment as the first shot in the US/Quebec war.

Postus interruptus is every person's worst nightmare, which is strange for a horror movie.

I thought it was also a clever twisting of his own protocols as an android. He did ask his pretty explicitly if Charlie was willing to do anything to find answers before he dosed him with alien techno-sperm.

Yeah I heard enough iffy reviews that I couldn't commit to a purchase. I enjoy the general weirdness and slight humor. And giving you the option to select your winning scenario (or even retire early) are both fun quirks. Overall, its a good game and I'm interested in reading more from the game's universe.

I've been checking out Sunless Sea a bit for the free weekend on Steam. A fun, if obtuse, game that I probably won't end up buying anytime soon. In a futile effort to whittle down my list (and save money in the process), I rolled up a new character on Dark Souls 2:(Bible Edition) to see if I could finally get around
