I'm going to disagree with that statement. I enjoy Halo. I don't enjoy Angry Birds. Doesn't mean I'm going to say that one of those games are "awful and terrible and massively overrated."

Actually (as I am a fan of Bungie) Microsoft bought the Halo IP, and Bungie didn't split off until after the release of Reach, where they teamed up with Activision.
