General tip: remove the other person(s) from the sentence and see if it works.

Why not refer to people how they want to be referred to? It’s not hard. If someone wants to be referred to as “she” refer to her as “she.”

I have always wished someone would invent a auto document feeder for pictures. I have never found a good solution. There are scanners (Kodak comes to mind) that have a feature that lets you scan 4 5x7 pics at a time. That helps but still takes a lot of time.
