So a person is taking on risky behaviors, but how does that make cycling risky?

You kinda missed the point. If you’re just cruising A-B there really isn’t much risk. If you start doing stupid things, like going fast, and cranking on the pedals, your risk level increases. Your cousin needs to learn how to take care of his shit. You know what? I know someone that was riding a road bike, crashed,…
Correct. Racing is inherently dangerous. That’s why you have to have a roll cage, helmet, and all kinds of PPE when you race a car.
I wear a helmet too, but it’s not rated for anything really. It provides some protection if I crash, but not very much. It’s getting better. A regular person, such as a city bike rider, is not taking any risks or going very fast. They’re just cruising A-B.
Half of motor vehicle fatalities are caused by head injuries yet you do not wear a helmet when you drive. People are terrible at assessing risk.
Cycling is not inherently dangerous. Stop perpetuating the falsehood that protective gear is required.
That’s not true at all. Many barricades are to block motor vehicles from traveling somewhere. It is often perfectly fine for a pedestrian to go around. It is then usually fine for a person on a bike to do so as well, typically requiring even more caution.
HE’S NOT RIPPED. He’s LEAN! Figure it out! Brad Pitt has been doing this forever. You want to look muscular? Get lean. No guarantee that you’ll be STRONG, but hey, you’ll look decent.
Can you provide a concrete block and directions to the nearest quarry?
I’m sure the 120hp is a typo for 220hp. Usually the smaller number is listed first.
It’s called an Avalanche, not a Flood.
Would a 6'5" person be at all comfortable on it?
It’s related to Spider-Man!
People have a constitutional right to walk and ride on the road. A motor vehicle is licensed as is its operator, therefore it is a privilege.
You’re forgetting that the bicycle allowed for the proliferation of the automobile. Bicycles were affordable but the tires sucked. So they got them to pave things. Cars were expensive and had shitty tires too. Once there were roads people were more willing to spend money on automobiles.
Same boat. Maybe it’s because MSP is my hub.
The president flies the Beast on a separate cargo plane when he travels.
Maybe go with a used PPV for like 12k. Then you can hose out the back seats because babies are vomit and shit machines. Will likely be auto though :(
Dingdingding. Pinion gear sitting there with a chunk of housing attached. Should have gone nodular. The lower pinion adds load as well but they’re still super solid rear ends.
