Holy crap — this thing is about 15 minutes from my house. Perhaps a road trip is in order!

Roger: We all know we're safe at the moment, but I'm not all that comfortable.

Color me unimpressed. Yes, I replaced the front brakes on my Deville this weekend, and yes, I did have to expend some energy turning the screw on my scissors jack, and yes, I did consider using a socket wrench instead.

@GreenN_Gold: Well I'm glad someone else on this forum has good taste!

Not too long ago I looked at what the savings would be by trading my Deville (18 combined) in for something like a Fusion hybrid (let's say 32 combined). The grand total of savings was about $900-$1,200 per year.

Soooooooo....I read the press release, and all I can come up with is "Tradesmanwithbodycolorbumper," but that doesn't exactly roll off the tongue.

I don't know that I'm a 'fan' of the previous Avenger per se, but I'll admit the first thought running through my mind was, "Wow, they must have gotten a sweetheart of a deal from Fiat for those leftover Avenger taillights."

@underachieva: I thought about that. The Cadillac, Saab, and Chevy were fairly easy choices, and I had four kittehs in the picture. I ended up choosing the Saturn for the kitteh in the background since he looked older and grayer than the others (like the Vue), and I wanted to emphasize the fact that I don't like the
