I hope to be this lady in 50 years.
It's true... I really just opened the door there for him to swoop in and tell us how the internet is turning our brains to mush. Oops.
Somewhere out there, Aaron Sorkin is being all "GOOD. AS IT SHOULD BE. GOOD OLD DAYS OF JOURNALISM, FUCK YOU BLOGOSPHERE, SO ON AND SO FORTH, NOSTALGIA, ETC."
I live in NYC. I could totally get a donut delivered here. People be lazy.
Mmm... a maple donut... AND a sour cream donut. Sign me up!
I have been told that food allergies "don't exist outside the US". That can't be true, right???
Soooo, soon to be New Yorker I see. That's where I live... Sarah Slamen, wanna be friends? Please?
It's like she's staring into my soul...
AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO…
Blasphemy!
Aw, it's ok.
Oh wait, this one is better:
*weary sigh*
Ok. This is getting out of hand. Everyone just needs to chill the fuck out and eat a regular old doughnut. You'll feel better after, I promise.
Ha, yes. I was very much "THIS IS THE END, ALL THINGS ARE ENDING, WOE WOE WOE IS ME ENDLESS WOE" when I developed a couple of nut allergies at 16-17.
The public college that I attended for undergrad currently costs $24,646/year (including fees, room and board, tuition) for in-state students. And that is in rural Ohio... I'd imagine it would be even more if the public school you end up is in a major city (where cost of room and board would be WAY HIGHER) :/
As they should.
We have definitely encountered some kitchens that are flippant about it :/
