Big if true.
Big if true.
Break cooling is why. If you notice the turbine looking one will throw air out when spinning. So they get air over the breaks while essentially making an “air cushion” similar to the filled wheels.
For the sake of engagement I’m also leaving a comment, just not a good one. I thing the proportions of Taycan wagon look better with the slight lift and the cladding, don’t @ me.
Also I clicked an ad.
Heck, I’ve never lived much further north that I-40 my whole life and I think heated seats are non-negotiable. Nothing worse than getting into a cold car on a winter morning, when you are already only half awake and still a bit damp from a shower, and having the leather suck all the heat from your body.
Eh, this is bit more that “tried hard in school car” it’s $130k. Even if you made the bad decision to spend 50% of your yearly income on this thing you would have to make $250k. That’s Surgeon or Lawyer money, not counting the debt.
Thats why I keep comming back to either going whole hog on an EV, if I can, or just getting a hybrid for my next car. With a plug in I would probably never touch the ICE for weeks at a time, but road trips would be a bit of a pain in an with less than 300 miles of range.
ding ding ding ding. This is one reason why people are gravitating to crossovers. I drive a BRZ in a midsized city and I scrape my splitter at least once a day, and have to dodge potholes constantly.
Wouldn’t it get better at they go older. When they get older you can move them up the the front seat with just a booster or eventually nothing. And if you have a spouse they also probably have a car so it never really becomes and issue of having to carry more than 2 people.
Unless you have a few kids. Then you will…
Yeah, this is why you don’t compare new cars to used cars in teams of price. We all already know that used cars are cheaper than new. But new cars come with advantages that used don’t. It just comes down to what your budget is and how much work you are willing to deal with.
I use to keep with with city traffic in ATL on my bicycle so probably. As long at it can hit 25 mph you’ll probably be fine.
I was so hyped when I read this headline that I went to the BMW 2 series builder and saw that it started at $36k. I could get a fully loaded RF Miata for that price.
I read the article and see that all it says is that I can get a used 2 series for cheaper than a new one. What hard hitting journalism! You can get a Alfa…
I really looked at a WRX over the BRZ, but the gas milage was just so bad. An S3 mustang gets better mpg. I know it is a sporty car, but does the mpg really have to be just so bad?
...And this is the point that the Musk anti-jerk got more annoying than the pro-jerk.
It has one.
My snow beater was an AWD Element, and I think it was my fav for that. I drove it from the Desert into the mtns so snow tires weren’t an option. Just high enough to not plow snow, but not so high as to hurt handling.
The big thing I worried about was it breaking down in the middle of nowhere. This was also the Element…
Then it isn’t a problem. First you probably aren’t going to be pulled/fined over if it isn’t overtly loud. Second the letter of the law is for mods that amplify or increase the noise. If it wasn’t notably louder than stock then it isn’t a problem by this as cops don’t an endemic memory of vehicle loudness. If it is,…
I know this is a who different level of RV, but I feel like a 4x4 Sprinter is just a better idea. With this you will be limited to certain trails just by your width and maybe height
If it was really loud and you drove it through NYC then you might get a fine. The motivations and intent don’t really change the fact that your vehicle would be too loud for an urban environment.
MPG might be about it, and it only holds a slim margin over the GTI. The WRX’s is just so bad though that it might help though. If you don’t want to get low 20's in a compact you only have the more expensive German vs the less expensive Japanese car.
