Why not CNG? As clean as ICE can be, cheap, non complicated, and easy to store. You could even use it for the cooking and water heating.

I hope do don’t have to get a biopsy, that shit hurt and it freaky watching yourself get stabbed.

On an automotive note, I’m normally a luddite when it come to interiors and driving aids. However, I really think it shouldn’t have taken to 2018 to mandate back up cameras. They are so useful and increase safety so much

I respect you know what you like but I just can’t empathize. I would prefer the lightness and low end torque of the even the ecoboost 4 than the peaky nature of the V8. Unless I was towing the V6 even seems like over kill to me.

All this leaning out sounds like that start of a recession. I wonder if their might be a post COVID recession even as cases fall as some jobs never come back, people become more conservative with their money, and wealth has be transferred even more to the top.

The first and second gen Honda fits are pretty similar Cheap and pretty ingeniously simple. .

I really wish they would bring back the XLR. A comfy gran tourer corvet sounds like a winner

I’ve had my BRZ for a few years now, and it made me really appreciate having a 2 door low sports car. But it can get a little tedious on long drives. Having the corvette lower and sportiness, along with some Cadillac comfort

I use to live in a town in the middle of the Mojave where these things were almost a ubiquitous as Toyotas. The hotels even brodcast the Polaris channel on the TVs.

These little side by sides seems super fragile. The transmission on these things seem to be built from glass. I know a person who had had it break on the

They are really almost where I want them. M ideal would be a 300 mile range, rwd  wagon, hitting 60 in around 5 seconds, and around 35k.

Because I know we are going to get 600 mile range and -2 seconds to 60( yes it hit 60 seconds before you even hit the peddle) I really am looking at the extended range rwd Mach E.

In theory I really like this thing. Small yet can seat 4 people . Sporty, but still but still very affordable. Funky, but still very practical with the hatch and economy car bones.

But it’s still in a really weird place price wise. I would have loved this when I was in college, but had no chance of affording it new.

Well, I just found what is getting strapped to the back of my camper van.

This 100%. I’ve live in metro ATL, Death valley, and Rural Alabama. I have never found a road empty, twisty, and copless enough to push the my auto BRZ to 10/10.

Fun driving is done it spurts when you can before you get behind a camper or are pushing 25 mph above the speed limit. That why I like man manu-matic to

When I went car shopping for my BRZ I test drove the manual and the auto. I walked away with the auto. Why? The auto is just really good. If I want a manual I just slap it into manual and I have what ever gear I want fast as long as I want it. As soon as I roll into town I have a slap it into auto and have a good

Maybe if they made some kind of custom electric tunnel buss that could carry 15-ish people I would agree. The tunnel can be dug deep enough that you can build in otherwise unbuildable places like L.A. you wouldn’t need much infrastructure, and it would make a non stop buss line between high traffic places.

But just

Or just pick up the FWD base model. The 19k base model will be a competent little “do anything” run about. You can comfortably pick the kids up from school, take the fire trail down to the camp site, and even move some small furniture

This thing really make the case for base models being the better deal. Manufactures

No, but if you cut a fuel line and it hits a hot component it will. Again, same rules apply, you break it enough shit going to catch on fire. We all don’t run around in fear of taking ICE cars off road because a puncture to the fuel line will catch fire, or because they run on literal gallons of flammable materials.

I

The same thing if an ICE sucks in water, it stops working. Same rules apply here, keep your parts that need to be dry, dry and you’ll be fine. It’s honestly a lot easier to waterproof an electrical system than it is too one that needs to be open to the outside air to work.

I think this is a great move for Jeep. This will really help the daily drivibility. Better city mileage and more low end torque will fix two of the wranglers major in town issues. I’m wondering if it will even lower the center of gravity a bit.

I don’t think the extra weight will hurt in normal offloading and the

Unless it is the Supercharged one, I don’t think the Coyote would be super fun. Peaky, with less peak torque, and it might be a bit slower than the 2.7l.

The 3.5TT would be super fun. The Supercharged Coyote would be Fun as well but it doesn’t come with a manual.

What kind of engine would go in that? The 3.5lTT. I know Jalops are probably creaming their pants about a the superchagerd 5.0l, but I just don’t know if that honker will fit.

Honestly, all it needed was the smallest of turbos added from the factory, or a bigger battery/motor combo. If it could have hit 180ish hp it would have been a cool Fiesta ST competitor.
