I think unless we get a better video your choice is the most likely. It still isn't perfect the D pillar is a little too wide the character line below the rear glass isn't as distinct and the rear glass doesn't seem to have the curves in the bottom corners.

The rounded edges, the D pillar is too narrow at the top (could be video), and the lack tailgate mounted lights rules out the X5 for me.

The glaring difference is the body color C pillar. I don't know if they made any models with a diffferent C pillar or not.
