Exactly.

Wow I guess my mom was right to make me learn to drive in a crown vic. She wanted me to drive a large car so that I wouldn't die in an accident. I never did wreck it, but now I see that they are pretty damn safe ;)

Unlike alot of commenters replying to you, I know exactly what you mean because I've been upgrading my computer the same way. I actually just removed the HP DVD Writer that had survived since the first build.

Exactly on my work computer with an HP monitor I could barely see it. On my galaxy nexus it was obvious.

This makes a whole helluva lot more sense than daylight savings time. I say we adopt it immediately!

Yeah, in order to accommodate all those guns the inside of the tank would have room for no driver, no engine, and no ammunition ;)

I'll link to it:

Verizon has branded itself as the most reliable carrier in the country. I pay more for Verizon service, and more for Verizon equipment because it's historically had the best network in my area. Between my new Galaxy Nexus that fails to get even 3g data and drops calls on a daily basis, and the network outage earlier

According to Top Gear its a terrible car. And we all know Top Gear is a trusted source of consumer information ;)

I guess I'm using a Touchpad with CM7 for the same reason I'm using a Merkur Razor with Feather blades, I'm just a cheapskate ;)

I actually avoided Dr who for almost 4 years because of the Daleks. I was finally really bored one night and watched a Dr Who marathon that mostly featured the 10th doctor. After I saw "blink" I was hooked. I that was Christmas least year if I remember correctly ;)

I think Firefly is probably the best bet. She loves westerns. She walked in on an episode of Dr Who, I can't remember which one, but she was immediately put off by some weird alien. I'm trying to convince her to watch the latest Christmas special since its basically a fair tail ;)

I love sci-fi but I hated Children of Men. I brought my girlfriend to see it based on the positive reviews hoping to convert her to sci-fi. After that I can't drag her to anything remotely sci-fi except for Star Trek.

You hit the nail on the head. They are calculating it the same way they used to calculate fuel economy. Driving down a 60% grade with the engine idling ;)

I completely agree on the safety aspect. I've had a few speeding tickets. Every one in the past 4 years was in someone else's automatic. With a manual you are more or less aware of exactly what speed (or engine speed) your at all times. With an auto its easy to stop paying attention as you succumb to driving boredom.

That was one hell of a good post!!!

If you put all the better parts on a Mustang V-6 starting with the radiator in the front, suspension, shifter, drive shaft, transmission internals, clutch, flywheel, why not add IRS, headers, hi flow exhaust, light weight wheels, Y rated tires and anything else the after market can come up with, and pretty soon you

The bottom line: a performance car should be able to perform.

If there was a sweepstakes winner lobby this tax would have a massive loophole like every other major tax out there.

I've read plenty of critical posts about the shift quality of 05-10 mustangs, but never any about the transmissions totally failing under heavy load (unless there were major mods the engine), I've never read about the clutch getting stuck, or being unable to shift in cold weather.
