I just got back from Paris, where gratuity is included in the price of meals you eat in restaurants. There is another price if you take away. I liked the system, it made it easy to determine what the bill would be and only once did I feel the service was bad.

I can't shop at Gap Kids, because I don't fit into kids' sizes.
I can't shop at Anthropology because I can't afford it.
I can't shop at Banana Republic, because even the smallest size is too large.
