“All Trump needs to do is to call her Pocahontas during the debates and the media won’t stop talking about it”

Trump’s been calling her Pocahontas for years—why would it matter if he did so in a debate? And I don’t really get the “Bernie is bulletproof” line. There’s zero chance that he’ll find an effective line of attack against a 78-year-old Jewish Socialist from Vermont? Trump’s going to find something shitty to say about

So many options, but for regular Happy Meal toys I’ll go with the Muppet Babies ones because the show was bomb and these, though simple, were fun to play along with:

Exactly. There is two kinds of Bernie supporters. The normal ones who prefer him but would be fine voting for Warren is she is the nominee; and the other kind, where they pretend it’s all about policy, but clearly it’s not, it’s about entitlement. Their feeling of entitlement that their candidate should win and

I saw an article in Jacobin that said it was a disaster because the big corporations will just switch to designating their employees as independent contractors and spin off their assets and remaining employees to small companies with less than 50 employees. Yes the socialist publication made the argument that the rich

This little guy got me lost in a mall when I was 5 years old. I was in a department store with my mom and I had been playing with it on a pile of shirts or something and I walked away without it. Walked back to get it and got separated from my mom. Wasn’t too long until she found me sitting at one of the makeup

I have fond memories of playing with the Berenstain Bears toys from McDonald’s. Between my sister and I, we managed to procure the whole set.

Damn those pants are super tight , there is no way I would fit into them unless…
I better shape up.

None of this is true.

Uh oh, here they come.

Bernie “I definitely don’t want black people to vote for me” Sanders

Actually, the question was The Answer.

If someone said “Who is The Answer?” would the judges have allowed it?

No, no.  The question was literally The Answer.

Good idea! I’ll make that clearer.

I know this isn’t really intended to be a ranking device, but it would be interesting to see how the “rankings” change when accounting for home-state reps. It looks like Klobuchar, Warren, and Booker have predominately home-team support, while the likes of Biden and Harris are apparently garnering wider support.

So, Julian Castro is only endorsed by Joaquin Castro. Is that even a real person? He looks exactly like Julian Castro...

Wouldn’t it be amazing if Elizabeth Warren is voted in as President in the 100th anniversary year of the ratification of the 19th Amendment?

I think that’s a large part of Warren’s appeal to me, at least. Having a plan doesn’t come across as a know-it-all smartypants lecturing but someone who has seen how close to the edge of disaster a family can get. My family had to constantly make plans to get by and be able to revise them on the fly as circumstances
