Prep work is getting your workspace ready for cooking. Food preparation is getting your food ready to cook. Yes, it's the same thing. But it's different.

Uh oh. Prepare yourself. The link Joe provided has sets of 4 for $7, AND they're buy two, get one free.

True. I mentioned the temperature thing because my brother pulled a stupid (pouring ice water into a preheated Pyrex baking dish) when I was a kid.

Because Pyrex is crazy indestructible. Seriously. Unless you're moving these bowls from a 400° oven to a bowl of ice water, you're going to have a hard time breaking them. Not the case for other glass or ceramic bowls. Maybe if you get metal dishes, but... Come on, man, glass is PRETTY.

Considering those are the 6 oz, and he's using the 10 oz, $3 apiece is about right: [www.amazon.com]

Hmm. You have a very vague problem, so it's hard to give tailored advice... But I'll try.

Well, as far as racism, just be blunt. "Seriously, man, that's racist and it's not okay. Please stop." If he doesn't stop or takes affront (or if you're not comfortable confronting him), you can always make an anonymous complaint to HR. Racism is not acceptable, and it's a form of harassment, which is HR's

It says they work for anyone up to 300 lbs, but the photos look like they might get uncomfortable after a certain weight. You got anyone there in the office with a wide bottom that can attest to comfort?

Actually they're all marked as portable... Check out the nifty chart they have on their site, might help answer your questions about difference.

Screw climates, just find a support beam and a heavy-duty bolt and hang it indoors.

Amen! I have an old ugly green metal Singer that I keep around for things I can't sew with my newer, plastic machine. I've even been able to install a leather sewing needle and sew through 4-5 layers of clothing-weight leather with it!

Actually, in playing with it, you CAN set times.

I know, right? "Task Manager" is a pretty misleading term for this article, since that usually refers to what you're saying. Maybe... "To-Do List Manager"?

...if not meaner. Swans are viciously territorial!

I've learned that low-tech in the kitchen is the way to go. I'll take a wooden spoon or whisk over a mixer any day... I first discovered this when I was about 12, and learning to make brownies from my mom. We were each making a batch, and since she was using the mixer, I used a wooden spoon to make mine. We were

I'm not saying it's objectionable, I'm just saying that the warning at the end of the article is kinda pointless since by the time you've read it, you've already seen the picture.

Huh, I've been really happy with Routinely, except it doesn't have a variable setting for how often a task needs to be done. I just have to do it myself (though it's really good about letting me go back and mark a task complete after the fact. I'll have to try this one out and compare.

Hmm, I was thinking of trying Habit Streak, but your comment has me doubting now. Routinely has notifications that you can enable for each item, with audio and vibrate, and you can set a specific time for each reminder.

The nudity warning would have worked much better if the first picture wasn't the one with all the nudity. Just saying.
