Grim fandango is possibly my favourite game to this day, but the art direction was so ambitious, you could see things scaled back, especially from original concept art. I was most looking forward to a non-janky Glottis, and I'll admit it's a little disappointing that he still looks so unnatural.
Reminds me of Teen Titans cartoon calling Deathstroke Slade. Probably less about protecting children than themselves from angry parents.

I watched it beginning to end and it held my attention, but was no masterpiece. The second half was pretty awful because of what they did to Asuna, but even the first bit milked the victory of reminding a hero that she really just wants to be a housewife.

AC isn't terrible, but it used to a modest charming little game that could. It's less appealing now that Ubisoft is shamelessly using the franchise to pull in as much money as possible.
This is incredible. Known planets are just. Mapped. We could just roam any planet in our solar system and it's pr much perfectly accurate. Probably less so for other planets, but does this not blow your mind? It's a less terrible google street view for planets
