People are also not getting that Mark Daytons replacement will have to run for re election in 2018, not 2020, the same time Klobuchars seat is up. MN will have two senate seats up for grabs and anyone that thinks it will be easy for the DFL to retain both is a fucking fool.

The incumbent runs in 2o18 not 2020. An appointee only serves until the next national election, which means MN will have TWO at large seats up at once. We will lose at minimum one of those seats if both are up at once.

I love how the main takeaway by many commenters is #notallmassagetherapists and #theyaretherealvictims.

lt seems to be tepid for now, but man I wish this joint was more like reddit where folks have the courage to call people out by name and commenters/ users pop in to defend themselves.

I grew up poor, yet attended a private school and was always getting money for activity fees, and this dialogue feels like a gut punch. I’ve since grown up and have done everything I could to let my parents (who are now much better off) know how much I appreciate them.
