I like Harris’ executive experience, and Abrams was only a state legislator. Being a DA, then an AG, then a Senator is great background for being a (hopefully) Shadow President.

I’m speaking without much education on this issue, but I am pretty sure that laws relating to this sort of thing would be pretty local...maybe at the state level but not federal. So it’s not like we had a national referendum on the issue (lawyers, please correct me if necessary). However, I’m guessing in some places,…
Dammit, I just finished re-watching Trial & Error yesterday and Mapleworth looks like a PERFECT substitute.
WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE ON QUIBI?!?!?
It sure is neat how people keep holding up Louis CK as an example of a guy whose career was “ruined” by MeToo and “cancel culture,” and meanwhile he’s touring the country as the personal guest of the most popular comedian alive.
Hell, yes. For that one scene in ‘The In-Laws’ if for nothing else.

I think the best pop culture take on Cats is in The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, where we learn that there isn’t actually a script for Cats, and that no one ever gets hired to its cast. I’ve been a little obsessed with NXIVM. The *Uncover* podcast’s first season had me riveted. (And I found out about it via Podmass, so thanks, AVC!)
It’s not like other small businesses could’ve benefitted from such a generous loan or anything...
I’m no fan of any of the Kardiashains but what exactly is she supposed to do? He’s an adult with his own money, his own platform and (I’d guess) his own enablers who are making it possible for him to do this. Short of having him involuntarily committed I don’t see what actions she could take that would reign him in…
Marianne Williamson
I got a Chromecast so I could watch HBOMax and Studio Ghibli movies on my tv, which seems to be the best workaround until Roku and HBO stop their pissing match.
The idea of having one kid makes me anxious.
I vote for Pops-ish, about all the things Pops and his buddies are up to when he’s away from the show (which as you know, is a lot).
Philly roast pork with broccoli rabe sandwiches beat cheesesteaks by a mile, and should take over the mantle of the state’s sandwich.
Blasphemy, they’re the best! Why else would Gardetto’s make bags of filled with them exclusively?
Everyone the batpeople end up with dies horribly, so things could be worse!
True, short-form episodes and videos are actually a very good idea. The bad idea was asking people to pay for it as yet another streaming expense instead of making it a free service with ads or attaching themselves to a proven streaming service.
Wrong.
