I went by myself to universal in Burbank because I was in LA for work and had a free weekend day. I really wanted to do the Harry Potter part. I did the ride 3 times on the solo rider line over the course of the day.  Never waited for more than 5 people ahead of me.

I haven’t listened yet, but I think it is the first - and she is basically producing it but different people are doing the stories.  The Song of the South was the last season.

I finally watched the full season.  I think Borsch Belt -  they dropped the Steiner thing either in the second or third to last episode a couple of times and she couldn’t go because of the tour, so I was wondering if that is what it is setting up.  Plus the 60s is an interesting time there if you believe Dirty Dancing

That is one of my biggest issues with the show especially since Midge and her whole family are played by non-Jews doing weird stereotypes (but I am still watching so what do I know).  At least with Kevin Pollack and Caroline Aaron they are actually Jewish.

Today I learned that Rian Johnson and Karina Longworth are married and are now my favorite hollywood couple. You Must Remember this is one of my all time favorite podcasts and one of the few that I have listened to more that once - her blacklist series and Manson series were great.

I am late to the season. To me this episode felt more like Rory/Logan at the end when she asks if she good (but unlike Rory she is actually good at what she does) so he isn’t lying when he says she is great.

The weird one I found is near my parents house.  I saw a chainlet sushi place from NYC when I was ordering seamless to their Long Island home.  I thought it was weird because I hadn’t read anything about one opening on LI.  Turns out they are operating delivery only out of Benihana.  I am so curious about this

I was not ready to do a full fast, so my goals were no amazon shopping, no going out to lunch or ordering dinner M-F, and no buying any type of new clothing.

I saw this movie when it came out on cable - I was probably 11/12 (and looking back probably not appropriate), but I truly believe it had parts that really stayed with me career wise.  Wanting to work in Manhattan in finance (which I quickly leaned in college was not going to be my path 😂) and alway reading all the

I work in fundraising and any time my friend and I work on a letter from a volunteer to their friends we quote the “Dear Sisters has it really been 10 years since we left Wellesley...”

I kind of want a curated list of Chidi’s favorite garbage books.

I never watched Lodge 49. If I loved Russian Doll and The Good Place do you think it is for me?

I posted before reading down. This was my question -- does it work with blue cheese dressing instead.  I can’t stand ranch.

Question for the group. I am not a fan of ranch dressing. Would this recipe work with blue cheese dressing instead or would that be to “tangy”?  I mean for me there is never too much blue cheese, but if you are serving to others.

I couldn’t watch AI until they got through to Vegas. I hated watching people who weren’t in on the joke be mocked. And this is not to say I don’t watch reality tv and that every show I watch people are angels. But AI was so mean spirited as you said.

Now I am curious and will have to read it!

Long Island channel is 21 :) and there was also 25 which I think was also NJ.

I have not watched it, but from what I have read the difference is the music isn’t original.

My advice is listen at 1.25/1.5 speed. I switched to a lot of audio books when I started to have to drive for my job and the narrator is a very monotone. This the only book I had to switch the speed on.

I’ve switched to the audiobook for The Power Broker — this was my pick a week ago for a book I would like to cut in half and they don’t make it for a kindle. I don’t listen on my drive every day - 1. It makes me mad about the road (i see you extra milage on the northern state taking up years of my life because it was
