Ok... But what about the texture of the meat? I can imagine that after blending it, despite having moist mushroom morsels throughout, that the beef would turn a little tough and spongey after whizzing pre-ground meat. Maybe start off adding mushrooms into your own DIY grind, be it in a grinder or food processor.
