You missed the Saab 99/900 Turbo. If you were a kid in the 80's, you saw an awful lot of these. I had an '81 900 Turbo myself.

I had an '81 900 Turbo 5-door 5-speed. Pretty much the rarest of combos ever. That car couldn't get out of it's own way in 1st gear. It could spin the tires at will in 2nd and 3rd.

Why pay $10k for somebody else's project. With today's aftermarket, you can do up an LS2 Miata for the same money. I priced it out. This is using a crate motor and a junkyard trans and a dealership CTS-V diff and the rest of the parts from Flying Miata.
