You feel this way. I sort of feel this way (though not with so much of your vitriol). But we are we, and only we, and WE don't get to just go off and tell a bunch of strangers how to grieve and how to cope. You don't tell a dog how to bark. You don't tell a fish how to swim. You don't tell the sun how to shine. You do

I don't know exactly what our second amendment friends can do against Batman or Superman but maybe they can have a go at Miller to prevent another disastrous catastrophe from coming into our great country.

Bare Naked Ladies…When You Dream…'His fontanel pulses with lives that he's lived and memories he'll learn to ignore. And when it is closed, he already knows he's forgotten all he knew before.'

Oh, wasn't that one that poor Jason Vorhees? Such a sweet little boy, but after he drowned he just wasn't the same. I remember he used to deliver the paper and he would always take time to chat a bit and play with the dog. Then after that lake incident he would just throw the paper at the door and kick the dog. Got part way through reading this…stopped…my brain said, 'Wait a minute' *scrolls up quickly* *sees byline* 'Aaaaahhhhhhh, I knew that tasted familiar… vintage O'Neal.' Thirst sated.

I'm voting for whomever Clinton selects as VP. I expect her to overcompensate for her own 'ick' factor by selecting someone as above reproach as a politician can be. Maybe that VP can use voodoo or something on Clinton to get her to stop disappointing us.

It's not an exact fit by comparison (notably not a very blockbustery budget), but I thought Tremors did a pretty good job of mixing comedy within a dark-ish SciFi premise. Anyway, I laughed. Huh. Yeah, not an apt comparison. Nevermind.

I never get tired of listening to Hejira (okay, I always skip Blue Motel Room) and Amelia is my favorite, too.

Loooong time lurker but broke down for Disqus with this bit of editing: I'm sure for its time, Somerset was probably quite racy, but "…I was coming onto every woman in the village." is… uh…well…phrasing? Then again, maybe that's exactly what he meant.
