NASCAR used to throw fake cautions (actually they still do) to blatantly bunch the field up. Now they just do it “legally” by changing the rules. I haven’t watched NASCAR since 2002. F1 all the way for me now.

F4 is not a rich sport. Sure it cost more than most sports but I have a feeling that since it has Formula in the name, you think it must be just a little bit poorer than F1. Some F1 teams spend $100+ million per season while some F4 teams can spend 50-100k.  Some teams operate differently. Some have very tight budgets…

They have EU and Australian servers as well as US servers.

You can't lose SR in a practice session. SR is disabled in all practice sessions. Were you possibly in a qualifying session?
