Hi, I'm a big fan of yours. I even got some developers at work to perform "Code Monkey" at the Christmas party.

I wish more people (specifically, people at my workplace) took even just a little bit of time to work on their handwriting. It's irksome to watch someone's handwriting start out HUGE and then gradually shrink and slant as they move along the whiteboard.
Back in the late 90s I was valkyrian86. The number was picked based on the kitchen slang "86 the [dish], but everyone in the chatrooms thought I was 12. Oh so creepy.
I could take an hour, but then I wouldn't be able to leave at 4. (I start at 7:30.)
This was pretty fun to send to the spouse after I did this to him: http://xkcd.com/1015/
This has "Home Improvement" written all over it. No way am I letting the spouse do this (and he'll want to, I know it).
That's what I pondered, too. Magnetic letters all over the external hard drives and crayons shoved into anything.
I kept the streaming because it's the only way I get movies and television shows after I cut my cable some years ago (right during Battlestar Galactica, amusingly). $10 a month is still far better than the $100 I was paying.
Used first generation iPod shuffle. The very next day after I bought it, the iPod nano came out.
My solution to "Oh my God, more frakking chili" took me forever to realize, and when I did I thwapped myself in the head.

Depending on your company size and industry, check with your legal department first. I work at a large corporate office and we regularly get reminders that no, we can't do this. So we get the project assistant to come in and transcribe it, or draw the diagrams, or someone's taking notes as we meet.
I am a big fan of Evernote for very large projects and collections like my clipped recipes and articles from class research. And I just reinstalled Simplenote on my iPhone to see if it's still relevant for my current needs. It came in handy when I was browsing through Ulta and curious about certain products.
When I lived in a shady area I had two aluminum baseball bats — one smaller than the full-sized version. The full-size was always by my bed, and I kept the smaller one in my gym/carryall bag when I knew I'd be out late or early.
Up at 5 to get in a workout and hour of reading before work at 7:30
See, if the kids I knew did this, there'd be numerous more episodes of "Fake Blood" fun and games afterward.
This. I about flipped a conference table when a huge announcement went out and the gits of a 'communication team' still had over twenty misused words and spelling errors in the text. "Its going to be the greatest innovation to you're lyfe!"
*scritchscritchscritch* Same here, three years later.
Have them pay for a heat cleaning or a bug bombing before you move in.
Does it still have that nonsense gibberish dialogue for the lack of voice acting? That was about my only complaint of the PS2 version.
