It helps to have a good quality hot chocolate, but it's worth trying. A good hot chocolate, a shot of brandy, and whipped cream after coming inside from a cold day is like a cup of happy.

It largely depends on the journal, however most journals expect the reader to be conversant in the fundamentals of the journal's subject. Some expect a little more expertise still.

I went to grade school in a Missouri Synod Lutheran school, and a agenda controlling women is the last thing they would admit to. I went to a Catholic high school, and it was much the same line - save the babies.

From my interactions with the pro-life side, it's less that they don't care about the mother, it's that abortion is in all possible ways morally equivalent to infanticide. Anything that can be done to prevent infanticide is automatically a good thing, no matter the conditions.
