Yes, it was the first anti-depressant she tried me on, and it did absolutely nothing (apart from dizziness and the aforementioned copious sweating). Not sure why she didn’t go straight for Prozac, which is what I ended up on eventually.

I was on Trazadone for a brief period in grad school. A) My therapist never mentioned it was a tranquilizer; and B) it made me sweat ridiculous, embarrassing amounts. Not my favorite.

There were a few constraints to minimize factors known to influence stress: take the nature pill in daylight, no aerobic exercise, and avoid the use of social media, internet, phone calls, conversations and reading.

They’ll be two years old in early June! The older I get, the more time flies.
