Nope. Different company. Enterprise is our biggest competitor, but we all have the same drop off policy. I have to defend that policy at least once or twice a week so I'm forced to agree with Enterprise. It clearly states in the contract who is liable at what times.

Yes, it probably is small when you see their revenue numbers, but they don't become the most profitable rental agency by spending money, and it's the little things which add up the most.
