My brother has a 97 Metro. This was the Post Geo age, so his is badged a Chevrolet. It's a 4cyl with stickshift and he routinely gets over 40mpg. The car certainly isn't thrilling, but it's kinda cool in an elemental way... and definitely a blast to drive.
