While I think buying her a car was a little bit too much (and predictable, since it's Leonard who we're talking about), I think he did it more out of a vote of confidence in both his future with Penny and her acting career than being a pussy. And sure, Penny didn't want to marry Leonard, but that doesn't mean she

People can be manuipulative and lovely at the same time

Very OK-ish episode; I like that TBBT adds some drama and tension in midst of their relationship, but they need better balance, I mean the fights and conflict among characters completely took over the comedy bits. I usually laugh a lot when I see a TBBT episode, sometimes I wish there was a little bit more tension,

Well that's true, in any regular Revolution episode it would be near impossible to product place something unless it is mentioned for whatever reason

I have no problem with product placement in general if it is helping a low rated show; if it helps Revolution get to another season I wouldn't mind to catch a bottle of coke in the background… ok, maybe I wouldn't go that far, but still

Also "The Attic" from Dollhouse, I feel they both have some very similar moments

It stills strikes me as a bit weird; take for example a show like Mom that gets like 20 comments tops per week, how could that review get more views than Revolution which gets around 100 comments per week? I understand that views and comments are 2 completely different things, but it's still weird; Revolution recieves

I just found about it now, so I edited my comment. I don't understand how they can cut off the power of Revolution's review, while there are shows that get way less comments and views (i.e: Mom, Trophy Wife, etc.), it just doesn't make any sense to me.
Anyway, I guess we'll keep posting comments here for the time

You cut off Revolution's covarage which has about 100 comments a week, while you keep coverage of Mom which with some luck gets to 15? THE LOGIC!
Same goes for Once Upon a Time. Seriously, I understand that AV Club doesn't have much love for the show, but there are tons of people reading those reviews!

I think Dreamcatcher is a straight A; the reason for that is the show managed to create an immensely fun and serious episode at the same time; while the stakes were not that great aside from Aaron giving away the code, it is still interesting how he had to fight his way through it, Zak Orth made one hell of a job in

I agree completely, this has been for me the very best Revolution has done. I was having a blast while watching it! The show finally got to play around a little with all those nods and meta moments, and Zak Orth made one hell of a job in the episode, showing that his acting improvements are still there. I'm very

I haven't watched The Returned yet, so I might enjoy Resurrection; initially I was rooting for this show to success only so it could help Revenge in the ratings department, but little by little I've been getting more and more excited about it. I'll watch and decide wherever it is for me or not, but I have some kind of

This is exactly why I don't believe in this theory. By the end of the episode I thought it was Ted's mother who passed away, not The Mother herself. Going through with this could mean destroying and creating a whole new meaning for the show one that doesn't actually go along with what we've been watching for the past

I think that's a bit brutal to show in the finale, even if on the final shot we're shown that the Mother is still alive; why toy with that idea and with the viewers feelings when it's not going to happen? That ending would be way too abrupt to make any impression, the show would end on a shock instead of a true emotion

If so, the kids are really screwed up; if my dad was telling me the story of how he met my dead mother, I would be thrilled, I wouldn't have asked: "is this going to take a while?" or acted as uninterested as the kids seemed during the whole season 1

But they do know the mother, last week we saw them hugging her, and they were old enough to remember her

Agree, I published my book on my country without a MFA and that doesn't make me any less of a writer than any person with a MFA.

They can always work around it with the camaras, you knows, just focus whoever is going to speak up

Leonard already said this season that he lives with Sheldon mostly because they need each other; Sheldon needs him and he needs to feel needed, even if Sheldon won't ever admit it or thank him for it

I think obnoxious is too strong of a word; we've known for quite a while that Sheldon would love to control everything if possible, and he success more times than he doesn't, so while I saw the table as a chance for maturity and going forward, I wouldn't say the end was obnoxious. Predictable? Sure, obnoxious? No,
