From what I’m understanding, the first officer on the scene. He let the child go. But the lieutenant and his power-tripping puppets showed up and forced the first officer to change his statement and arrest the child.

I moved to France two years ago and here peeing beside the car is a national pastime.
Hold on.
I’m confused. The officer was going to let him off with a warning, but the lieutenant encouraged him to arrest the kid?
So, which cop got fired? The first one who spotted the kid peeing, or the lieutenant who insisted on sending him to jail because he was black and they were in Mississippi?
An island full of living vegetation that floats around aimlessly is some straight up science fiction shit. Wisconsin is such an insane place, rules.
It is super fun to see the “video game” lap of the ‘Ring. It also shows how little “extra” room there really is. Do they list a time for this car running the track clean? I can’t help but wonder whether the detour to avoid the Karussel really saved any time considering how slow he had to get for the exit. Now if they…

This is me in GT7.
Given that he found out about the conservatorship earlier this year in legal discovery rather than from them, I suspect they haven’t been on speaking terms for a while.
If they’d legally adopted him, he would be entitled to the same inheritance as their biological children. He probably only just found out that he wasn’t, so now he wants compensation for all the money they made off him. I’m sure he knew he wasn’t getting checks from the book/movie, but he probably didn’t worry too…
I saw Leigh Ann Tuohy speak once. It was a long time ago now, but I remember enjoying her lecture. Bless her heart, she seemed so nice. Guess that’s how she got that book/movie/speaker gig.
I can understand him signing at 18. But for it to still be in effect at 37 and no one said anything is horrific.
A conservatorship gives you legal guardianship over an adult. I can understand how they tricked him at 18 into signing it. But now he’s 37 years old. How has no one pulled him aside and told him about this? He’s seeking to end it now.
This is disgusting on the Tuohy’s part. But how did he not know that he was under a conservatorship? No one in his court informed him of the legal situation that he’s been in for nearly 20 years?
Possibly the entire brand.
People always want to compare charging in a car with filling a gas car. But you can’t fill a car with gas where you park at night or during the day at work or whatever. You *have* to stop at a special place to put gas into it.
unfortunately not for that price. Not in the USA anyway. If im 30-40k+ its gotta be able to do it all. Also... abarth version for it too? Its not like I dont like these, but its gonna have a fairly niche market in a niche market.
30 to 40 grand for a compact car that i get to wait 20 minutes for it to recharge - ooh where do i sign up/I am really starting to understand the pushback on these things.
My guess is it’ll sell for 3-4 years before they cancel it in the states, which has nothing to do with how good or bad the car is.
