So where is the car at now? Chilling in someone's service bay? Resold? Just curious as much as this guy is a retard.

It makes me wonder what amount the Tesla sales rep claimed, and in what context the claim was made. Was it a passing estimate given with some assumptions or generalizations? Or was it an estimate built upon this guy’s specific situation? Is it in writing? Etc.
To me it sounds like he didn’t really do any research in what it was going to cost him. I replacing my furnace and A/C soon and I had 3 different companies quote me on how much it was going to cost me. And if I lived in an apartment the last type of vehicle I would get would be an EV since you probably are not going…
I may not be the smartest man, but Danny Roman is a sucker... a very well off sucker at that. $117k in monthly payments to drive around in a used Prius? That’s a sucker.
Right? At this point I would stop looking for sympathy and start looking for ways to take advantage of this situation.
I mean, he could go “pick up” his Model X and sell it now for more than he bought it for. The situation is completely FUBAR.
While your image is clearly terrible craftsmanship, this vehicle is an early prototype, build predominately by hand. I am happy to criticize Tesla, but I’ll criticize a production-model
It’s unfair to pick apart a prototype for its specific issue related to non-serial build quality. General issues and serial build quality will be enough to pick it apart when its time.
Frorcing you to pay more than advertised price to get the advertised product. Not forcing you to buy it instead of walk away.
Poor wording, I believe the crux of it is the dealer wouldn't sell the car without the add ons, making the low price false advertising.
Must be an AZ thing. I bought a new F-Pace from a dealer there when they first hit the market. It wasn’t even off the truck yet, and they would not sell it to me without Lo-jack, tinted windows, and a handful of other dealer-installed nonsense. We went round and round for a bit and their stance was, “hey, if you want…
It’s pretty simple; you can’t advertise something for sale at a price that you don’t intend to actually sell at that price or under terms not mentioned in the ad. A grocery store can’t advertise $1/gallon milk, but refuse to sell it to you at that price unless you also buy $10 worth of cottage cheese after you walk…
Protect and serve capital and property
Destruction of evidence is a criminal offense. “Dismissal” isn’t strong enough a punishment...
If the Supreme Court has ruled that police don’t “actually have the duty to protect and serve the public”...then why are they there? What is their job?
Well, if it involves a car, I guess...
Looks like a great place to pick up some cheap premium gas ...
