Came here to say, this sounds an awful lot like PuertoRican Thanksgiving.
We also do at least 6 different types of desserts, and those are always the highlight.

I think a lot of the issues between Rebecca and Kate are due to Kate holding Rebecca as an exemplar of everything she wants to be but can’t, thin, beautiful, great singer, great wife/mother; while Rebecca just sees herself as the flawed person she is.

I want to watch, It, and the Witch, and a ton of other horror movies out there. It took me the longest time to watch Get Out, and I only found the guts to do so, because I was on a plane during the day, with crappy audio. 

I don’t get why everyone doesn’t understand that everyone is to a certain level racist. Once we realize that then we can work as a society to ameliorate the effects of that racism.

Even if you could, our biggest problem down here isn’t generation so much as it is transmission. So even if you could hook up the nuclear sub as some sort of absurd generator, you couldn’t get that power more than a mile or two inland.

Wakanda is a very secretive and technologically advanced nation. For all we know their involvement with Marvel is a way for them to test the waters and open themselves up without putting themselves at risk.
