Cars are out of control. Just a few years ago, people who make my current income would be in the Lexus GX / BMW 5Series / etc. level of car according to the rule of thumb about payment vs. income.

There is zero chance that the guy who put him in a chokehold knew about any of those prior arrests. In that guy’s eyes, he was an anonymous, complete stranger with no known history.

You can disagree with the tone of this article without being a racist, but I see a lot of you just love a chance to be overtly racist and cry about being victims at the same time.

I’ve never had a positive experience on a horse that’s made me say “I really want to ride a horse again.” I dated a horse girl in college. We did a lot of trail rides. Well, a lot for me, a small fraction of how much she would have liked to. I always was left with the feeling that I’d rather have just walked.

This car is like a cocaine mistress or boy toy. It will be an incredibly good time when it runs properly. It will also try to completely wreck your life on a fairly regular basis. The fun to misery scale will seesaw back and forth enough to make you motion sick.
