I love the center stack, as dated as it is. Physical buttons/knobs for everything, and everything is neatly grouped right where you need it.

they look busy, but volvo is always solid when it comes to how intuitive the controls are, and always super easy to use without looking down at it. one of the real downfalls of a touch screen.
Both my 2008 S40 T5 and my current 2011 S40 R-design (pictured) have the flaying buttress console and not only is it a cool conversation piece, but the little tray back there is perfect for storing sunglasses!
From a pure reliability perspective, according to Consumer Reports, the Ford Years were actually better than recent years.
Actually, it works really, really well. The top two knobs work exactly like old radio knobs. The bottom knobs are for the HVAC. Easy to see/grab blindly. The number pad that looks like a phone are 10 radio presets. Then you’ve got seat heaters and the other HVAC controls below. There may be some Nav controls in there…

This is actually a very fitting tribute to Enzo, a man who gave no fucks about phoning it in outside racing.
It satisfies
Inline-5 can be awesome without turbos too. Volvo showed us this.
Itll run badly longer than nearly any other 4 cylinder will run at all. GM design exemplified
It took forever to scroll down to a "zero cylinders" comment
Lots of performance motors, but let’s be honest here. The most legendary engine of all time is probably the Toyota 5S-FE. The boring little ~130HP 2.2L 4-Cylinder fitted to tens of millions of Toyota Camrys.
And 5 Le Mans wins in 50s
Mazda 13B
The Jaguar XK6 engine. This inline 6 was used in the XK150, E-Type, and various sedans.
“Reliability is very important to me”
I guess it takes all kinds, but yeah, most trucks are just boring, the Gladiator is aggressively ugly.
Which is why he’s looking at the peak of automotive reliability: the used German sports car.
? the gladiator is easily the best looking truck in the last 15 years because the bar is so god damn low, let me guess, you like the new silverados?
