BMW has run hot and cold with design for decades, and some are downright ugly. This one is is bad, but it’s not the only ugly duckling to wear the propeller badge. Yes, they are (almost) all great cars to drive, but for the $$ they should also be great to look at, and this one just isn’t.

In Minneapolis where i live, Paul Stafford Electric (a contractor) had a hearse as his service vehicle. Practical and quite distinctive. I still use these guys, but now they just have, I think, Ford Transits.

Not enough fun factor and the engine bay looks as if it were made of Legos. CP

Nah- no muscle cars for me- never owned a V-8. Typically attend sports car events/ IMSA/ F-1 etc. plus maybe concours. Other comment are spot-on: if you are already 5o grand in debt from school you’re not shopping for a new Ford Focus RS, no matter how fast and furious it might be.
