@Khyron: Maybe you are spending too much time expressing your superiority, but I'm having too much fun playing PC games while your friend is ripping people's nuts off.

@Extric: GLaDOS was very understated in the first game; the humor was more subtle for most of the game. You may have been expecting more because of all the meme-age people have gotten out of the game, but the humor that was actually in the game was more under the surface.

@dracosummoner: I've poked my head in from time to time, but I've been over on tay.gappoi.org for the most part because the new format makes my netbook choke. The Canadian site doesn't always work right for me either. My avatar is tied to my Facebook, so I usually change it to whatever game I'm into most at the

Oh, fellow Christians, you end up looking so dumb when you try to be relevant.

@dracosummoner: Capitalizing "Gospel" and "Creator" on Kotaku is straight-up unacceptable.

I've been playing through Portal 2 with my son; I control the WASD and spacebar, and he uses the mouse. He's not even 3 yet.

I played for almost 3 hours in co-op with my wife last night, and it was some of the funniest, silliest, most amazing gaming I've had in a long time. Even if it turns out to be pretty short, I'm sure it will be worth the $40/each I paid.

Following this ARG on the Steam Forums and the Aperture Science site has been some of the most entertaining time I've spent on the internet in a long time. Well done Valve.

I agree with you completely; thanks for the clarification.

You're probably right, and I don't want to sound like I'm judging the developers. I'm sure most are great guys trying to do the right thing. It's just frustrating that Christians put out stuff that's not quality, when we should be striving for excellence.

Sadly I feel that you are right concerning the business-based motives of a lot of Christian-labeled product. It's quite the plague. However, I think you're being overly cynical by grouping everyone together like that. Many of us are genuine and actually believe our faith and try our best to live it. Also,

These games are terrible, people, just in case there was any doubt. I spent some time with the first one so you don't have to!

Fair enough.

I was talking home consoles. The N64 was on par with the PS1, lagging behind only in storage space (and consequently no CGI cutscenes, big soundtracks, or extensive pre-rendered backgrounds.) N64 games tend to look smoother than their PS1 counterparts. A wash really.

The Gamecube easily outclassed the PS2. The Xbox had more raw power but the Gamecube had some cool rendering tricks up its sleeve that neither competitor could match.

Nintendo has traditionally been the most powerful, or at least comparable to its contemporaries in the home console market. Only the Wii broke this tradition.

The news, first reported by Game Informer today, confirms rumors that have been swirling for months in the wake of slowing game releases from Nintendo.

Can't wait to give this a try. My Pokemans, let me global link them already!
