The whole thrust of your argument is that fun and quality are not always directly connected; therefore, we can't assume a game is quality because it's fun or crap because it's boring. Don't let this guy get you down; you made some good points.

@dethklokso: I don't know what version you had, but in the N64 one you could press R + Z rapidly when handling the ball and you'd jump 10 yards to the left. We'd score on every run play!

I never realized that how my brother and I played NFL QB Club 98 was considered cheesing. We ran the same sweep play or the hail mary play every time. We'd beat the AI by about 100 points.

I understand the hate for Black Ops. What I don't understand is the hate for 2K11 as a nominee. Sure, we all have opinions, and I can personally name a few I would have liked to see in its place, but it seems like some want to disqualify it simply because it's a sports game.
