New Super Mario Bros

@arrrdawg: What!? I have LESS disposable income now that I'm on my own!

@Shinta: I used my DS back when it came out at school, and it was nice to have that extra battery, even if there were outlets nearby. And who knows? Maybe Sony will pull through with some great battery life.

Power has never been the deciding factor in the handheld war (or the console war, for that matter.) Battery life and load times have always been more important. It's the reason playing my Game Boy is still viable even today. My double A's last 10-12 hours.

@arniejolt: lol, how long have you been holding on to that anger?

@zack10house: Check out the earlier stuff - Queen 1, Queen II, A Night at the Opera, even News of the World. A lot better than some of the pop stuff they started doing later. Seven Seas of Rhye is a great rock song.

Now playing

My first rock record was A Night at the Opera. Turned me on to a whole new world of music. Went on to dabble with Guns N' Roses, Van Halen, some Bob Dylan, finally found my favorite stuff with Iron Maiden and Megadeth. But Queen will always have some space in my mp3 player.

@Mooncow27: We did the sketch in a play in high school :-)

@darthvolta: What Batman said. Ball levels good, surfing bad.

@michaelasnider: I don't know... I certainly played it more than Mario Kart, and it has the different vehicles for added replay value, plus the space world and mirror mode. Of course, Mario Kart was more popular at parties because it had a bigger following.

@ARYXANDRE: Oh yeah. Hovercraft was a beast to try and control though.

@tay120n64: Why not? It's actually held up rather well. There is a DS version too.

@Arok2092: Always enjoyed it more than Mario Kart 64. Had fully rendered characters too, rather than sprites.
