@MazdaMania: I must have gotten a defective Wii then, because I've played it for thousands of hours, more than any other console I've owned.

@superhuffy: A few have stated that around world five there is a significant difficulty spike. I won't know until I get the game for Christmas.

@C_MaN15: Similar thing happened to a buddy, he just replaced the PSU and was good to go. If I were you I'd try a new PSU first and go from there.

@Djehuty: Check out the daily deals on Gizmodo. Decent laptops consistently go for the $500-$600 price point. The big thing to look out for is the graphics card - anything with an integrated Intel GMA card is not going to run modern games very well. Try to get something with an ATI Mobility 3xxx series or higher.
