No, it’s not. As an adult, I’ll take the factory option.

17 - you’re probably right.
If I were rich and wanted a GT coupe, this would definitely be the one.
If this does mean Toyota can import the Hilux here, it doesn’t mean they will. If they thought they could turn a profit in the US truck market with the Hilux, we would already have them.
Sad to see the 944 on this list, but it’s definitely true; HOWEVER, the NA model was never meant for speed.
The 944 was one of the best handling Porsches ever built. No one will ever convince me otherwise. However, they’re still Porsches and they’re all exempt from emissions... it’s important to keep these things in mind if you want one.
My first car was a 1983 944 and I decided I would take the engine apart to see why it was missing at high revvs. Worse mistake ever. I did love that car and it sure was a blast to drive, but I strongly warn against owning one unless you have the extra garage space and an extra car... and the tools to fix it with.…
Depends. That’s really the best answer...
Every now and then I get irritated at Roadkill because they never plan accordingly and they always procrastinate. This means their efforts with whatever car they have usually fall short. THEN I remind myself that there are other TV shows parading around as car shows (e.g., Gas Monkey Garage) that do even worse, and…

Wonderfully written article. It’s as if Clarkson himself wrote it.
Hasn’t BMW been doing this for a while? I can’t remember what they call it though.
That says R. Is the same R that we find in the Golf R?
I was going to mention the Volvo 850, but then I read “Newer car”, but then someone mentioned their 1990s Saturn... so I’m going to mention the Volvo 850— you can take the whole car apart with a single Torx 25 bit.
Here’s another in Chicago. $14,000 f0r 30k miles. A/T though, so not as Unicorn-y as the one you found.
I dont understand why companies don’t do what Benz did with the E63 wagon—make it available through special order.
In highschool the only car in the world I wanted was the E39 M5. If I ever see anyone towing anything with an E39 M5 (screw the newer M5s) I will smack them into tomorrow.
My first car was a 944, and as a lover of all things Porsche, that hurts my soul.
When I lived in Florida I had an insanely long gravel driveway and “drifted” my focus around every turn, every time. It was so fun. The poo tossers who say you can’t have fun in a FWD car will call this lift off oversteer though...
