I agree with you on all these points. But this site is pretty bad, it has Oregon “considering” lots of “bad laws” but in reality its just a few people trying putting up legislation which has a snowballs chance in hell of passing. So its pretty misleading.

Also, this is a blog. It covers a wide array of topics, if you don’t like it. Don’t read it. or maybe get some thicker skin? Beth is just trying to make lifehacker great again.
