What are your thoughts on personal training at a big box gym? it breaks down to be about 50 bucks an hour. My story is I am pretty dedicated and go to the gym 4-5 times a week and do some pretty solid lifting. Is it worth getting a handful of sessions? or what are some of your experiences?
