Usually people only notice you if you do one of a few things: 1. using a machine drastically wrong 2. making loud noises or lots of movements. Most of the time people don’t care about you, and I’ve found that the meatheads are generally the most friendly and helpful. They know what to do and be effecient about it.

Another guideline should be effecient use of the machine, you dont need a 5 minute break between sets, some machines do not work well for working in. On those machines do your sets in a timely manner clean up and get moving!
