Hahaha, understandable. That would be quiiite off-putting. My first exposure to him was in Remember the Titans. I was 13, hot in the pants in general, and that blonde bombshell just did it for me!

Gah!! I just saw this movie for the first time a few nights ago and I loved it. I always knew the premise and wasn't too jazzed about seeing it ever, but what a nice surprise.

and a chin implant. he definitely needs a chin implant.

Baby butts are simply the cutest thing in the history of the world!

Yeah I can't even think of the last successful movie she was in.

Your username is amazing.

LOL did you find yourself missing the 1200-word, two sentence paragraphs?

I was going to say the same thing— at least he clapped.

OMG this song randomly popped into my head the other day and I felt so ridiculous. I'd heard it maybe a total of ten times total back in like '99. Then it just pops into my head 14 years later when I'm standing in my kitchen folding laundry.

Right, I can see where you're coming from. But you don't sound like the type of guy who will interpret a reply about vagina dentata as a flirty come-on. I feel like these guys are pretty dim, one-note horndogs.

Here is the thing I don't understand: What does it DO for these people who turn to look or furrow their brows at a situation where a child is acting out? If I were in the vicinity, I wouldn't even turn and look because it should be obvious that the parent is having a hard enough time.

I wanted to hate New Girl. But it's actually really funny and I watch it regularly. IMO, much funnier than Mindy Project.

ohhh dear lord, you sweet terrified baby owl!!! love it.

It's the most natural thing in the world, childbirth. And it makes me sick to see and read the hateful things women say about their OWN bodies after giving birth. Seeing a childless person write hateful shit like this is even worse. Stick to what you know, hon.

It's just really hard when you don't have anything in common. I find it difficult to think of things to say with a friend from a previous life stage. It's heartbreaking to me when I think about it, but... that's life, I guess.

Wonderful usage of that gif. Homicidal Burt gets me every time!

Bennett Ryan. Why? The "Anglo-surname-as-modern-and-cultured-first-name" trend makes me so angryyyyy.

I'll echo pollyanna. There really is never a good time to have a baby. I was scared shitless for the entire 9 months I carried my son. I was 25, about to lose my job, with a partner who was drinking like it was his last day on earth. Every damned day of the week. And we got through it and it worked out fine.

So true. My mom, who is in her early 50s, talks about how she and the other kids in the neighborhood would chase the truck that sprayed the anti-mosquito chemicals. I'm not sure that it was DEET, but... nonetheless, definitely wasn't something to be inhaled at point-blank range at age 7.
