So far, my cats have expressed mild disdain for the puzzle balls full of treats. Sigh.

What if she’s wearing headphones?

Hah! I’d say the same, but I know that he could also chase me down and beat me up and I actually love the guy :D

I was running an online D&D 5e game for a couple friends scattered across the country for a little while. Personally, I found a lot of the options above pretty cumbersome. We ended up just using Google Hangouts with the Dicestream add-on and it worked out really well.

Update: Jarvis failed to send a reminder for the thing I set it to remind me about. I understand that it’s in the process of rolling out, but ... it had one job! ONE JOB!

I’m giving it a test ride at the moment but it seems a little unresponsive. Jarvis didn’t even respond to my city input. Anyone else try it out yet?

I’m getting married at the end of the month (woohoo!) We ended up actually following these rules pretty well, and I’m overall satisfied with the way our final list looks. One of our big rules was no +1's unless you’re an established couple we’ve personally hung out with.

I dance as a side gig, both teaching and performing. It often means a bit of hustling to get workshops or classes and getting people to actually attend, or getting time for performances. There’ve been a few gigs in the past I’ve taken that, in retrospect, I really regret (e.g. teaching and performing at a “Gatsby

Asked them about their backgrounds, how they got interested in what they’re doing now, what projects they’ve been working on that they enjoyed. Simple stuff like that, but it got the conversation going.

I had an interview several months ago where one of the interviewers was running late and we couldn’t “officially” start without her. So rather than sitting awkwardly in the office with the other interview panelists, I joked “Maybe I can interview you folks in the meantime!” A few days later they offered me the job I’m

I’m so sorry, I didn’t know. My condolences.

A likely excuse. How do I know it’s not just a self-timer shot on a tripod?

... wait a second, there are only four people in that picture!

Venmo, obviously.

Nothing particular to contribute to the post, but I just wanted to say: this is quite possibly my favorite leading image you folks have ever used.
