Please elaborate on "sometimes-questionable build quality." I have a 2006 C6 convertible and the only problem I've had with it has been a bad gas cap. This includes a couple of track days with zero issues. So while I agree the interior is nothing special, I find no fault in the build quality.

Did this a couple months ago. Saves us almost $400 a year. If you can live with only Caller-ID number (no Caller-ID name) and without 911, it is a no brainier.

I've been using one of these for the last few months. The only thing I don't like is you only get caller-id, but no caller-id name. However, I have no problem overlooking this inconvenience due to its screening capabilities and no phone bill.
